Completing an Up using the Mobile App

Once you have completed everything you can with a prospect, it’s time to complete your up so you can get back in queue for the next walk-in.

After updating the sales process, tap the “Done With Customer” button. If the customer did not give you any information, tapping the down arrow on the button will show a “No Info” option. Tapping this option will flag the up as No Info on the Up Log report.
