Completing an Up

Once you have completed everything you can with a prospect, it’s time to complete your up so you can get back in queue for the next walk-in.

After updating the sales process, click the Done button. In the desktop app you’ll see your up move to the top of the Today’s Ups section. If you complete an up by mistake, Managers and Admins can reset the up for you. Know that if they reset the up, it will reset you to the Up Tape. You will have to re-take the up and fill out the sales process information again.
