Sales Process

The sales process is used to specify what you did while you were working with a customer. When you take your up, you’ll be taken to the With Customer screen. Your dealership has the ability to set up custom sales process items to fit their unique process. There are two sales process items that are required by the Up Tape app: Demo and TO. Examples of sales process items could include Write-Up, Touch Base, Interviewed, or Sold.
