Skip Turns reason is the first customizable option under Management Settings. Here management can specify their dealer-specific reasons that sales users will be able to skip an up. Reports are provided to show how many times a salesperson is skipping their turn. To Add a new Skip Turn reason, click the “Add another reason” button at the bottom of the list. To delete an item from the list, hover your cursor over the list item, then click the “Remove Reason” button that appears.
